Omerta City of Gangsters is a simulation game with tactical turn-based combat. Taking the role of a fresh-from-the-boat immigrant, with dreams of the big life, the player will work his way up the criminal hierarchy of 1920's Atlantic City. Starting with small jobs, his character recruits a gang and expands his empire by taking territory from other gangsters. Eventually he establishes his own crime syndicate and becomes the de facto ruler of Atlantic City.

The player strategically manages his business and his minions in a real-time format, slowly but steadily increasing his influence over the city. The player sends his henchmen out on missions ranging from assassinating an informant, to raiding a warehouse, springing a friend from prison, robbing a bank, or attacking a rival gang's hideout. Nobody is above the law in Atlantic City, so it always helps to have a little cash handy to bribe a policeman or pay off a politician.

Dishonored: System Requirements

Dishonored is an upcoming first-person stealth action adventure video game. Set in the industrial city of Dunwall, Dishonored follows Corvo Atano, a legendary bodyguard to the Empress who is framed for her murder and forced to become an infamous assassin to seek revenge on those who conspired against him. Atano is aided in his quest by the Outsider, a powerful being who imbues him with magical abilities. Several famous actors provide voice work for the game, including Susan Sarandon, Brad Dourif, Carrie Fisher, and Chloë Grace Moretz.

The game is played from a first-person perspective and allows the player to tackle a series of assassination missions in a variety of ways, with an emphasis on player choice. Missions can be tackled by stealth, combat or a combination of both. Exploring levels opens new paths and alternatives for accomplishing mission goals, and it is possible to eliminate all of Atano's targets in a non-lethal manner. Magical abilities are designed to be combined to create new, more powerful effects.

14 months after the Blacklight being Alex Mercer saved the infected New York on his quest for redemption, Sgt. James Heller returns to the city, once his home, following his dismissal from a war in the Middle East. He discovers that his wife and daughter have been killed, sending him into a downward spiral of grief and rage. He heads out on a suicide mission into the heart of the Red Zone with the intention of dying in action and taking as many abominations as he can with him.

On one such mission into the Red Zone Heller's team is killed and he was confronted by Alex Mercer. A fight ensues between the two, leading Heller attacking Mercer multiple times only to be thrown back. Impressed by his his actions, Mercer infects Heller with his own strain of the Blacklight virus as he believed him to be the perfect lieutenant in spreading the virus beyond Manhattan.[3] Heller awakens in one of Gentek's research facilities and manages to escape. He's then confronted by Mercer who manages to convince Heller that he was not responsible for the viral outbreak. Blackwatch and Gentek were using New York for testing bio-weapons. Mercer claims that he wouldn't be able to take down the two factions without help.

In order to help Mercer, Heller had to develop his abilities. Heller sets out to foil Blackwatch and Gentek's operation in anyway he could.
